Inviniti Sauvignon Blanc
From several of our vineyard sites across the Marlborough region, we were able to select plenty of delicious blend components to make this wine. After gently pressing, the juice from each block was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain the pronounced aromatics and passionfruit characters. The wine was then blended and bottled.
Inviniti Pinot Gris
The grapes for this wine are from our Wairau Valley vineyards. This wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that we tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stonefruit flavours.
Inviniti Pinot Noir
The grapes for this wine are from our Wairau Valley vineyards. The grapes were cold soaked and then hand- plunged while fermenting in stainless-steel with selected yeast to retain the aromatics and bright cherry characters.
