Gentle handling and small-batch fermentation has created an aromatic Pinot Noir with layers flavours including blueberry, black plum, raspberry, liquorice and spice. It is well balanced and rounded with a silky texture and offering a truly handmade expression of this enigmatic grape variety and the place it is grown.
This wine is expected to age well for at least four to six years.
New Zealand lamb, venison, duck, pork belly, turkey, seared tuna, hot ham and any other dish that requires great Pinot Noir.
