The combination of two vineyards, one with wonderful clay soils and the other having fifteen year old vines has produced a wine with lovely lifted cherry and raspberry aromas, fragrant vanilla and smoky oak notes. The palate is elegant and concentrated with soft tannins and a lovely texture. All you would expect from an excellent Pinot Noir.
Three years will see this wine develop appealing savoury characters that will add extra dimensions.
