This is a single vineyard Riesling from our wonderful Waihopi Valley vineyard, where unique soils and micro-climate have combined to produce a zesty, concentrated Riesling with fine acidity and distinct minerality. This wine displays delicate floral notes with strong red apple, lemon and lime characters. The palate is crisp, dry and elegant with focused acidity and a lovely finish.

Cellaring

The naturally high acidity in this wine will allow it to age gracefully for some years – at least five.

Food Match

Great with dishes such as Thai salads or to balance something rich such as chicken liver pate. It is also the perfect aperitif.
