Our 2017 Pinot Gris was produced from low yielding vines, picked in ideal condition and tank fermented to retain the bright fruit characters. Pear, peach and lifted floral notes lead to a crisp, dry palate with lovely intensity and weight.
A wine to enjoy over the next three years.
A wine to drink by itself or with a light lunch of cold meats and cheeses. Shellfish and fresh fish.
