Rosé Spritzer
A rosé spritzer is a refreshing and sophisticated choice, perfect for warmer weather and a great option for those who prefer a lighter alcohol wine alternative.
- Rosé wine
- Blood orange Italian soda
- Sparkling mineral water
- Fresh strawberries
- Slice lemon & lime
- Ice
Simply…
Fill a wine glass (or a cocktail glass) with crushed ice and sliced fruit.
Add rosé wine, blood orange Italian soda and sparkling mineral water.
Add a sprig of mint and squeeze of lemon juice for a bit more zing!
Rosé Sangría
Sangría is a wine punch that comes from Spain. Traditionally red or white, we ask why not rosé?
- Fruit: orange, lemon and strawberries
- Sugar
- Rosé wine
- Brandy or Grand Marnier
- Sparkling mineral water (optional)
- Mint for garnish
Mix an hour before serving …
Mash the fruit with sugar and let it stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Pour into a jug, add the rosé wine and brandy. Throw in some lemon slices.
Refrigerate for an hour to let the flavours meld, but don’t make it more than 4 hours in advance.
Serve in a wine glass, high ball or a cocktail glass, whatever takes your fancy. Garnish with some fresh mint.
