Marcus Wright, Chief Winemaker, tells us his love of books began at a young age; probably due to the influence of his parents, who always had their noses in a book, he says.
“Not only does reading transport you to a different time and place, but it also puts you in someone else’s shoes ‒ it’s a great empathy generator” says Marcus.
The award-winning winemaker tells us that he usually reads a few of the author’s books before the festival, and this year has booked into four sessions.
